Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement of services from Rudder Travel Management ("Rudder", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. This is a template document and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it as your final, binding terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Rudder provides visa application assistance, travel arrangement support, and related consultation and follow-up services. Rudder is not an embassy, consulate, government department, or immigration authority, and does not issue visas or make immigration decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Final decisions on visa applications and related matters are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority, or accredited institution. Rudder does not guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or any particular outcome for any application or service.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Delays, refusals, or additional requirements resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide are outside Rudder's control and responsibility.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees charged by Rudder are separate from government, embassy, consulate, visa application center, attestation authority, or translation fees, which are set by the relevant third party and are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service and the stage of processing at the time of cancellation. Fees already paid to third-party authorities are generally non-refundable through Rudder. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudder's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid to Rudder for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Rudder is not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, or government authorities, nor for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Rudder or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
